Nourish - a weekend of movement, stillness and breath to settle the mind and feed the soul

Join Senior Yoga Teacher Kathryn Chuck for a joyful and relaxing retreat in the picturesque village of Cervolés nestled in the Spanish Pyrenees.

Embrace the late summer as a time for re-centering, creating  stability, balance, and nourishing yourself  in preparation for the cooler seasons.

Experience morning and evening yoga sessions on a shaded outdoor platform, offering breathtaking mountain views and watch the eagles soaring overhead. During your free time, unwind in the garden, take a hike in the stunning surroundings, read a book by the lake, or explore the wild swimming spots in the area. Additionally, holistic treatments will be available for those seeking further relaxation and self-care.

Kathryn's diverse yoga classes, encompassing Vinyasa, Slow Flow, and Yin yoga, aim to enhance circulation, body awareness, and boost energy levels. She integrates meditation and yoga nidra for deep relaxation and to nurture a connection with one's true self. Breathwork is incorporated to enhance vitality and to  calm the nervous system.

Taught in English and suitable for all levels, Kathryn's classes embrace inclusivity. She provides posture breakdowns, modifications, and sequences tailored to individual needs. Expect a blend of flowing movements, serene stillness, practices focusing on present awareness, and a joyful atmosphere infused with laughter.

This late summer yoga retreat is a sanctuary, a haven where you can revitalise your spirit, rejuvenate your body, and rekindle your inner light.

You will be nourished by the fresh mountain air and Katrien’s delicious cooking. And for those who want to experiment more in the kitchen, you have the opportunity to book an intuitive cooking workshop.

We look forward to sharing this special retreat with you!
