I’m thrilled to present you my book Intuitive cooking. And, let me tell you that, despite its title, it’s not just a cooking book! 

This book will help you reignite your interest—passion, even—for this basic, yet vital part of our everyday lives. The idea is to provide you with inspiration, a seed for you to grow, a catalyst, rather than a rigid set of rules. It will empower you to trust your instincts, tastes, imagination and intuition to grow as a cook and—who knows?—as a person too.

As I’m self-publishing, I organised a crowdfunding campaign with Kickstarter in December...and yes, we made it!! The book was printed in February, and I’m so grateful for everyone who supported me! For those of you who haven’t had a chance to take a look at it, my Kickstarter page has plenty of info on the content, design, examples of pictures and drawings. In the coming months, I’ll also be organising a number of events in Belgium and Barcelona where you can pick it up and the book is also available in a number of bookshops and other stores in Belgium and Barcelona. If you’re interested in acquiring a copy (you won’t regret it, just 35 euros, including the booklet!), just drop me a line and we’ll work out the best way to make it happen.

HOW IS Intuitive Cooking not (just) a cooking book?
